The mission of SpectorDance is to expand the role of dance in our community through outreach, education and performance. We offer dance training in a variety of dance styles for all ages and levels of experience in our state-of-the-art venue. We present performances that utilize our signature style of blending dance, music, spoken word and film to explore themes that are reflective of and relevant to our region. We tailor-make educational experiences to stimulate new ways of learning in each child and to provide an entry point into subjects that have brought global recognition to our community. 
 
The vision of SpectorDance is to provide our local community access to the (statewide, national, and international) dance network, and to establish the Monterey Peninsula as a new, West Coast center for dance.
