Choreographer’s Workshop
is for advanced dancers ages 12 and up. This class will focus on developing choreographic tools, and will also include the creation of a solo work guided by Fran Spector Atkins that will be performed on Saturday October 30 at 1:30-2:30. (permission required) (Maximum of 6 students)
$250 Workshop fee
SpectorDance Young Dance Company (SYDC)
Dancers must be taking at least three classes per week in order to audition. SYDC will perform for special events with a focus on bringing dance to underserved communities and outreach programs. Outreach Performances will take place during daytime hours. Dancers must have parent’s permission to miss ½ day of school 4 times per year. Call for more information by August 30. Rehearsals will begin in September 2010. Permission Required.
