Influenced by many different styles such as Classical Dance, Modern Dance, Hip Hop, Breakdance, and Release.  Elisabeths’s very own movement quality evolved.  Her style includes strong floor work, strength and stability exercises, isolations, and wide, spacing -capturing movements.  She pays special attention on controlling the center of the body, knowing which part of the body starts the movement and where the weight is being shifter to.  After a warm up, various technical difficulties will be practiced in form of little combinations.  We will start with floor sequences, then stand, and then move through the space with jumps, ending with a combination of major parts of the previous exercises.

Elisabeth Kindler-Abali studied classical and contemporary dance at Palucca University of Dance in Dresden in Germany.  During her studies she has worked with renowned choreographers and performed at Semperoper, Hellerau, Staatsschauspiel Dresden, and Kleine Szene.  After graduation, Elisabeth began working at Staatstheater Darmstadt, directed by Mei Hong Lin and in 2006 moved to Berlin.  Since then, Elisabeth has been working as a freelance dancer, performing with Oxymoron Dance Company Postsdam, at Musikakdemie Rheinsberg, for various choreographers throughout Germany., and performing in televised music shows.  Recently, she started presenting her choreography internationally.  At present she is working with Epiphany Productions and Tim Rubel Human Shakes in San Francisco.  In addition to teaching ballet, contemporary dance,, and fitness, she attained a certificate in project management at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Bremen in Germany.  For further information see:  http://elisabeth-kindler.abali.org.
